Technoservice Company guarantees to its clients gratuitous elimination of industrial defects in parts installed on vehicles, units, systems and aggregates within the limits of a warranty period:
- 2 (Twelve) months or 40 000 (Forty thousand) kilometers of run (that will come earlier) on installed power units Toyota, Rover, Iveco.
- 6 (Six) months or 20 000 (Twenty thousand) kilometers of run (that will come earlier) on installed units and aggregates which are being independent assemblage and doesn't related to concrete type of a power plant (accumulators, electro window regulators, electro gasoline pumps, air conditioners, steering booster, pumps, etc.)
- 90 (Ninety) days or 10 000 (Ten thousand) kilometers of run on repair of automatic gearboxes
- 90 (Ninety) days or 10 000 (Ten thousand) kilometers of run on repair of mechanical gearboxes
- 30 (Thirty) days or 5 000 (Five thousand) kilometers of run on repair of engines
- 30 (Thirty) days on all installed parts, except for the parts offered by the client
- 15 (Fifteen) days on services on maintenance operation and repair service
- 6 (Six) months on operations of colouring a body
The warranty period begins from the moment of registration of the delivery-acceptance certificate of the executed operations. Trading organization is obliged to accomplish presales service of a vehicle in authorized by LLC "Technoservice Tuning" car service.
Guarantee certificates become inoperative before expiration of a warranty period in cases of:
- non-observance of requirements by vehicle owners exposed in vehicle's service instruction, service book of manufacturing plant and LLC "Technoservice Tuning"
- vehicle's damage as a result of road traffic accident, presence of spoilage on aggregates, units and other parts
- production of changes in designs of parts, units, aggregates of a vehicle (including changes of electrical schemes), not accorded with manufacturing plant and LLC "Technoservice Tuning".
- individual disassembling or repair of aggregates units of a vehicle by anybody, except authorized car service LLC "Technoservice Tuning"
- using of a vehicle in sport purposes
- angles changing of diesel fuel injection pump, angles reprogramming of ignition advance and fuel timing advance
- applications of oils, liquids and combustibles of inadequate quality, and also setting of reserve parts, not foreseen by concrete design of a vehicle
- inopportune or non full-scale maintenance operation on authorized car service LLC "Technoservice Tuning" with a mark in service book
- absence of service book
Conditions of the warranty are not distributed to consequences from effect of external factors, such as: vehicle's storage in inappropriate conditions, blow of stones, a hail, a storm, a lightning, salt, resinous residue of trees, industrial blowouts or other natural effects.
Warranty policy doesn't distributed to wearing parts, which usage depends on intensity of operation, conditions and style of driving of vehicles owner such as (brake shoes, brake disk, brake wheel, clutch driven plate, clutch driving disk, wind-screen wipers, tubes, rubber boots, rubber bushes, tyres, lamp, precoolers, accumulator battery, and also on parts and materials with the regulated runs stipulated in service book (spark plugs, cleaning strainers, synchronous belt, oils, chilling and brake liquids).
In case of a factory's defect appearence or spoilage of a material, these parts are substituted with new parts during the warranty period currency. Defects elimination which have arisen by pre-cited reasons, are made in accordance with general practice on account of vehicle's owner.
Technoservice reserves the right to make modifications in technological documents and vehicle's design and is not under engagement to make these changes in earlier produced vehicles.
Service
As actual vehicles manufacturer, Technoservice Company, cannot keep client's automobiles without the qualitative after-sale service including a guarantee support. Technoservice Company has necessary equipment permitting troubleshooting of any failure of a vehicle and making up repair of any complexity. Alternate design of an automobile produced by Technoservice Company provides basic systems of a power unit to be capable to trace and signal their owner about any violations concerned with their operation. Accomplishing aftersale service, Technoservice Company considers that "preventive service" should supersede "regenerative service". While we are selecting our partners for realization after-sale service, we pay special attention to a skill level of staff, to its level of knowledge, and, especially, to its promptitude to raise this level. For this reason, we do not hide from our partners information concerned to design and vehicles processing technique. Moreover, Technoservice Company organizing periodic tutoring of partners staff in the field of aftersale service.
Partners that have accepted our conditions and met our requirements, receive the status of authorized car service "Technoservice", and, in prospect, have opportunity decide independently all problems of after guarantee service of vehicle's produced by Technoservice Company, resting upon its technical support.
Guarantee support is an integral part of an after-sale service. It can be realized either through authorized car services, or at "Technoservice".
