Vehicle “KROT” T39254 (mobile repair workshop) has block construction. Easily detachable modules provide simplified access to power-unit and transmission parts. Besides, vehicles construction allows vertical transportation while being delivered through mine’s shaft.
Cabin consists of two sections. Front section presents two-door coupe (driver’s and passenger’s seats). Rear section consigned for transportation of repair crew that counts up to four men. It has mounted welding generator, fixtures for oilcans and two openings for passengers alighting, boarding and to make welding generator easily accessible. Cabin has photic instrument group and flashing beacon. Cargo platform is based on rear car frame. Frontal part of the platform has sections for storing and transportation of two balloons with oxygen. By the right board of the platform mounted toolboxes, by the left side - workbench with jaw vice. Steering system is equipped with integrated steering booster. Brake system of disc type is equipped with pneumatic drive.
There are catalyst converter and liquid bubbler tank in the vehicles exhaust system to reduce toxicity level. TS is equipped with automatic firefighting system PION, providing forced launch. Vehicle obtains welding generator MOSA DSP 500 PS (diesel, 500À, ÏÍ 60%, welding rod 2-8 ìì, generator 380W-20kWt, 220Â-12kWt.).
TS “KROT” meets safety requirements, while working on ore, non-metallic minerals and placer occurrences by underground mining, that are unhazardous for explosive gas and dust or mineral product spontaneous firing. (ÏÁ 03-553-03)
TS “KROT” is being successfully exploited at potassic and magnesium mines of Permian region.
